Budget: $4,000,000.00
Status: Complete
Scope:
  • Renovation of the entire building including the exterior stucco, Roof, All interior finishes, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Elevator Modernization, and Heritage Restoration of the building’s front façade
  • Construction of a new front entrance lobby area along with a garbage room at the rear, Multiple Office spaces, Washrooms, and a Commercial kitchen
Services provided: Construction Management including Project Management, contract Administration, Site Supervision and work with own forces, Subtrade Coordination, Implementation of the Architect’s and Engineer’s Design
