The housing market in Greater Vancouver is still very “hot”. The buyers shop the market, which unfortunately may not offer a supply of high-quality homes. To respond to the market demands for good quality homes, professionally constructed with engineering knowledge built into them, Dubas Management and Construction Inc. (DMC) started preparation for the construction of two single-family homes in the Mary Hill area of Port Coquitlam. The plans for the homes are still in their preliminary stages; however, we expect to start construction around September.
